The “Locations” report is designed to export detailed information about the various locations where appointments can be scheduled. This report is essential for managing and configuring appointment locations within the OpenPM interface, ensuring that users have access to accurate and comprehensive data regarding all available locations.

Report Fields and Descriptions:

  1. locations.id: Unique identifier for each location within the system.
  2. _related_to_pat_id: Identifier indicating the patient ID to which the location is related.
  3. Code: The code assigned to the location.
  4. Description: A description of the location.
  5. Address 1: The primary address line 1 of the location.
  6. Address 2: The primary address line 2 of the location.
  7. City: The city where the location is situated.
  8. State: The state where the location is situated, formatted from the territory code and country code.
  9. Country: The country where the location is situated.
  10. Zip Code: The zip code of the location.
  11. Time Zone: The time zone of the location, or “SYSTEM” if not specified.
  12. Phone Number: The formatted phone number of the location.
  13. Fax Number: The formatted fax number of the location.
  14. Related Chart: The last name and patient ID of the related chart.
  15. Account Number: The account number associated with the location.
  16. Outside Location: Indicates whether the location is an outside location (Yes or No).
  17. Active: Indicates whether the location is active (Yes or No).
  18. Place of Service: The place of service code for the location.
